SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
DISPATCH & PROCESSING TIMES:
We process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
- You will receive an automated dispatch notification with full tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
UK SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Standard Home Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Courier):
- Orders under £15.00: £3.65 Flat Rate
- * Orders £15.00 and over: FREE
- Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch.
Click & Collect / Local ParcelShop Pick-Up (Evri ParcelShop):
- Orders under £15.00: £2.75 Flat Rate
- Orders £15.00 and over: FREE
- Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch.
- Details: Delivered to your chosen local collection point or locker. You will receive an SMS/email notification when your parcel is ready for pickup.
STATUTORY DELIVERY GUARANTEE:
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 calendar days, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
DELAYS & MISSING PARCELS:
While we make every effort to deliver within stated timeframes, external factors (such as severe weather or courier delays) can occasionally occur.
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check safe places and with immediate neighbours before contacting us.
- If your parcel has not arrived after 7 working days from dispatch, contact us at reoribath@gmail.com with your order number so we can open a courier investigation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Under UK e-commerce law, we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because the address is incorrect, a re-delivery fee will apply.
